Time you wake up daily in the morning whether 5 AM
or 10 AM, is whole different concept, but what every morning you wake up and do in the first 6 minutes
matter a lot.
Life doesn’t happen to you instead it happens for you.
First 6 minutes of your morning are the fertilizers for
your life, higher the quality better will be the yield of your life.
START YOUR MORNINGS WITH THE MIND THAT COULD ILLUMINATE YOUR
LIFE
First up, when you are out of your bed start with a smile no
matter what negativity you got the previous day. This is an optimistic way of
starting your day.
Do self mapping to find the positives from the negatives of the day before.
Morning is the time when you really need to be selfish for
yourself to get much out of your life. ‘I AM’ is the biggest of being selfish.
Wider your ‘I AM’ the more selfish you are and more selfish you are, the more
you could yield from your life.
Grab some positive ‘I AMs’ like I am achieving, I am strong,
I am willful, I am doing great, according to the interest you got recently.
Note them down until you learn something in your new task that excited you.
Rewind why you took up the task and what interests you in that, so that you are aware of the correctness of your path.
Being said so don’t have too much of positivity, because it could make you lazy,
know the ‘Being Selfish limit’.
ALWAYS INHALE THE SMELL OF POSSIBILITY IN THE MORNING!!!
Next up criticize yourself to some extend to avoid others criticizing you. Have some negative ‘I AM’ that stops from progressing further like I am slow, I am not right.
Vaccinations containing germs are injected to increase your
body’s immunity, likewise you need to criticize yourself to shape yourself up.
AS PROTEIN IS FOR HUMAN BODY, SO IS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM FOR LIFE
Important thing in being bit negative is, after that small
self-criticizing session don’t ever criticize yourself at any point of the time
in a day.
SELF COMPLIMENTS:
Finally compliment yourself for what you did until now. You
can’t expect others to compliment you when none knows what you are up to.
Bang!! First 6 minutes of your morning is well completed.
Now you would have fueled the most important inner urge to achieve something in
the task you have taken into you.
These are the morning routines that changed my life a bit. Hope it could change yours too!!!

But apart from only thought process the best way to keep things right everyday, one should learn "BREATHING TECHNIQUE" in simple say "PRANAYAMA" which will easily take you to the 6 minutes morning path. Yes Akash bro. I agree with Babu uncle 's thought about pranayama. I start my day with physical work outs. But recently I read an article about pranayama, kinds of pranayama and its benefits. Really Amazing. I have started my breathing exercise pranayama past 2 days.. Wanna feel d change. Thank you Akash and Babuji.
